There really are some wonderful and exciting courses and workshops popping up at the moment, I must book onto a few more as those that I have done I have loved.  TNWC business Green & Gorgeous always have a fabulous programme of courses throughout the year, but have just added to new ones especially for those getting married – and I have a special discount on them just for you!

This summer Green & Gorgeous will be running two special courses, one called ‘Grow You Own Wedding Flowers’ and the other ‘Arrange Your Own Wedding Flowers’.  Rachel from Green & Gorgeous told me that it will be a great opportunity “to enjoy the unique and deeply satisfying experience of watching your wedding flowers grow from a few seeds to armfuls of fresh, garden grown blooms.”

Grow Your Own Wedding Flowers

Learn how to grow armfuls of fresh, fragrant, seasonal flowers ready in time for your wedding.  If you are planning on a DIY wedding and would like to learn how to grow some of the flowers to decorate the venue or even to use in your bouquet, this course will help guide you all the way from planning to picking.  You will also be saving money and flower miles whilst creating a very natural, unique and personal touch to yours or a family member’s wedding.

Cost: £100 per person

Arrange Your Own Wedding Flowers

This new course has been created for DIY brides, as well as any mothers, aunts, bridesmaids or friends who have been called upon to help out and would like a few tips on arranging garden flowers.  You don’t need to know your ‘scabious’ from your ‘sweet william’ to attend, just to have an enjoyment of flowers and the desire to give it a go.

Creating your own wedding flowers should be a unique, rewarding and above all fun experience.  This workshop will guide you through the process and help you achieve the most out of your wedding flowers.

Cost: £100 per person

The ‘Arrange Your Own Wedding Flowers’ course is the perfect follow on from ‘Grow Your Own Wedding Flowers’ so if you’d like to book onto both, Green & Gorgeous are offering the special price of £180 for both courses.
