The ham comes from a farm in Kent who rear traditional breeds of pig – these happy pigs spend their whole lives rooting around in the soil and amongst the woodland on the farm.  The honey and mustard roast ham can be served during the reception drinks with canapés, or as part of a dinner buffet served with piccalilli and home baked bread.
