The lovely Clare Bryce from Pure Pampering has sent us this fabulous ‘how to’ guide to create this stunning vintage bridal look yourself.  Clare used Pure Anada mineral makeup, which are natural and great for your skin, to create this romantic and modern feel for her vintage look.

Clare believes that the eyes are where most focus should be for bridal makeup, so after applying Pure Anada mineral foundation in Ivory Chinook, a little Sunflower correcting concealer under the eyes, and a light dusting of Matte powder to match the model’s porcelain skin tone, here’s how she created those smokey eyes…

Get the look: vintage bridal

1. Sweep Pure Anada Champagne eye shadow over the whole eyelid and then contour with Cliff brow colour – this works great as a Matte eye shadow.  Work it into the crease and halfway across the lid, using a large blending brush to merge the colours together.

2. Mineral colours are very versatile, so reuse Cliff as your eyeliner by mixing it with a tiny amount of water.  This makes a long-wearing liner that can be applied with an angle brush.

3. To add an extra touch of glamour to your eyes, use Eylure Naturalites false lashes no.116.

4. Keep the rest of your makeup soft, using Matte Coral blusher on the cheeks and finish your lips with Sheer Oral gloss.

If you fancy a couple of hours of pampering, Clare can create this look for you, or give you a Makeup Masterclass to teach you how to get this look.  Contact Clare at clare@purepampering.co.uk.

Hey there! Im a friend of Candace, the owner of Pure Anada, and wanted to ask if its ok I use your brides image on a small button on my blog – im using it to help advertise for Pure Anada. Im a professional photographer so I like to always ask first. I put the button up on my side bar so you could see it up – if you’d like it down, let me know. Love the photos you got of this bride!
