Lisa Rothwell-Young Ethical Fine Jewellery
Lisa is a designer and goldsmith making sustainable jewellery from her studio in South West Scotland. She works exclusively with recycled metal, alongside responsibly sourced ethical gemstones, traceable natural, laboratory created or recycled diamonds. If you’re lucky enough to have a piece of heirloom jewellery, Lisa can incorporate the gemstones, metal or both, into your rings. Alternatively consider one of the antique rings in Lisa’s collection.
She works with people throughout the UK & abroad, by zoom if they’re not local. Her customers tend to be lovers of the great outdoors, people who want something unique, and those with an environmental & social conscience. She will happily discuss the pros & cons of the different metals & gemstones, sourcing & sustainability enabling you to make informed choices about your wedding, engagement or commitment rings.
Lisa combines traditional skills with modern designs. Whether you choose a piece from Lisa’s wedding and engagement ring collection or opt for a bespoke design, you can be sure of a friendly & helpful response. You’ll work with Lisa from start to finish. Visitors to the studio are always welcome. Please get in touch to make an appointment.
If you choose to commission a bespoke piece you’ll get to experience working with Lisa to create a design that’s unique to you. From discussing designs, to visiting her studio and choosing your gemstones, a bespoke commission is much more than just a piece of jewellery.

100% recycled and compostable card packaging and hand made, compostable (not that anyone would want to) wooden boxes. I reuse all of our postal packaging, only use 100% recycled paper and paper tape. I bank with an ethical bank – the Co-operative. My business and I, are vegan and have been for over 20 years.
