We are Elenya and Rheece, founders of Grain Designs, specializing in bespoke signage and household accessories. Our Country Lane Wedding signage, initially created for our own wedding, has proven to be a charming addition to any natural wedding.

Grain Designs is run by us – Elenya and Rheece, a young couple making handmade signage and gifts in our Devon Workshop. We are proud to say that all of our oak is sustainably sourced from Dartmoor National Park, which is less than an hour’s drive from where our products are designed and built. We will communicate closely with you and send you mock designs to make sure you’re happy before we go ahead.
Here at Grain Designs, we are very proud to source our oak from a local sawmill situated on Dartmoor National Park which is less than an hour’s drive away. Using timber helps to sequester carbon by preserving it beyond the natural life-cycle of a tree. Compare this to using oil-derived products such as plastic or energy heavy products like steel or concrete.
Timber is also a natural product to work with which has its own inherent natural beauty. Its lifespan in use can often run into centuries and at the end of its useful life, it is recycled back into the natural carbon cycle.
We also use recycled packaging from other local companies, reducing both theirs and our own environmental impact.
