Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Contact forms

There are a number of places on our website where you can use built in contact forms: on our contact page to contact us https://thenaturalweddingcompany.co.uk/contact-charlie.php and on individual business listing pages to directly contact that wedding supplier.

We receive an email copy of all these contact forms, which contain your name (as given) and email address.

For businesses completing the ‘Get Listed’ form on our website here https://thenaturalweddingcompany.co.uk/application.php we require your invoice address for on-going invoicing and accounting records. This is a legal obligation for invoicing.

Brides sign up

Visitors to the website can create a personal login in order to store their ‘favourite’ wedding suppliers in their account, and sign up to receive our e-newsletter. This can be found here https://thenaturalweddingcompany.co.uk/brides-signup.php. Your name and email address are stored in our website back-end.

E-Newsletter

We have an e-newsletter that is sent via MailChimp and signed up to via a link on our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/TheNaturalWeddingCompany/app/100265896690345/. This stores your email address and name on MailChimp.

We only use the data gathered here for sending you the e-newsletter you signed up to receive. At the bottom of every email there is the option to unsubscribe.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to track visitor behaviour (anonymised – full IP address is NOT stored) to our website. We use this to analyse popular content, website performance, etc – so we can further improve.
