Wedding inspiration round-up

Rustic woodland wedding

A warm welcome to any new readers – I’m usually a lot more active on my blog, but this week is my granny’s 80th birthday so I am away on holiday and today we are celebrating.  I thought it would be nice to do a bit of a round-up of lovely wedding-related things I’ve come across on the web.

These gorgeous wildflower inspired centrepieces above are from this beautiful woodland wedding.

First I noticed the funky handkerchiefs these groomsmen/ushers were wearing, but what I really love it that each buttonhole is a different flower, and just one type – I think it’s really effective.  They are from this art deco Australian wedding

How fun are these green glass beer bottles that have been easily transformed into table centrepieces?  A great way of recycling bottles and the red and white straws look great against the emerald green.  They are just some of the fun details from this handmade wedding

And although this next one is not a wedding, I think it provides some lovely inspiration for anyone wanting an earthy, relaxed, natural wedding.  Have a look at all the images from this summer solstice party
