Beautiful buttonholes ~ part two

Charlie

Buttonholes for a summer or autumn wedding:

A pretty combination of cool blue and summery pink flowers, tied with a small cord.

A simple palate of garden flowers, with blue Borage flowers and a pop of yellow.  The scrap of white cotton completes this country style buttonhole.

The cool blues and greens of these buttonholes are created using herbs – lavender, rosemary and sage.  I especially like the use of the unripe blueberries that are just starting to blush.

More lavender in these lush looking buttonholes, with mossy wrapped around the stems.

Pink rose buds look elegant but effortless secured with red and white striped ribbon.

What could be more simple yet so beautiful – golden ears of wheat tied with a gingham ribbon.

A pretty palate of pastel shades – pink, white and baby blue – tied with natural coloured twine.
