Who are we...
I’m Charlie and I feel very fortunate to work with brides to create the floral element they dream of. Every wedding is a fresh experience for me and my small team, trends change and develop, but the one thing that remains constant here is the beauty of the flowers.
The Real Cut Flower Garden provides seasonal country garden flowers, all field-grown, for weddings and special occasions. From bouquets to buttonholes and garlands to jugfuls, these home grown country style flowers bring an extra special touch to your special day.
We grow glorious old-fashioned and unusual flowers and foliage and create beautiful seasonal bouquets which can be delivered from our gardens to your door. Wedding flowers are a speciality, glorious natural arrangements for any situation, whether you’re getting married in a cathedral or a field.
Bouquets and buttonholes, garlands and globes, urns and pedestals, jugfuls and candelabras – our home grown flowers bring extra special touches to your wedding day. We can provide and arrange all your wedding flowers, or you can choose us just for your bridal flowers or specific displays.
Bouquets and buttonholes can also be sent by courier carefully prepared and packed to reach you in perfect condition. We happily travel to arrange wedding flowers, and have worked at venues as far afield as Suffolk, many in the southwest and London and many more locally and in Wales.
We also provide beautiful bouquets of old-fashioned and unusual blossoms delivered to your door.
When we started twelve years ago we knew we wanted to produce beautiful, home grown, chemical free, British flowers for our customers, and that is what we do. We use our own flowers, from our own gardens and field, and if we are ever short because of unexpected weather we call on a network of other small British growers. The idea of sustainability will always be central to the business and the ways we grow ensures wonderful diversity of soil, insect and bird life in particular.
When we started I had never been to a florists wholesale market and I think this stood us in good stead because if we didn’t have something we had to think of something else! The business still works like that, but nowadays we are of course better stocked with favourites that we like to work with and that brides like to have. There are so many beautiful flowers and foliage offerings, it is a joy to work with them and to know that we are supporting nature as well as providing beautiful flowers.
