Who are we...
For five centuries, the stone farmhouse of Il Rigo has seen the sun rising over one of the most glorious panoramas of Tuscany: the sight embraces the Val d’Orcia, from Pienza to Radicofani. Il Rigo’s doors are open and we welcome all travellers who wish to know the authentic Tuscany, made out of respect for the land and for our ancient culture.
Agriturismo Il Rigo is the ideal place for a small romantic wedding. In summer you can eat outside and enjoy the stunning view over the hills. Our menus are always faithful to Tuscan tradition with homemade pasta and natural wedding cakes! The land is farmed organically and we only use local produce.
A small group between 30 and 50 fits perfectly in our home. We rent the property with exclusive use and with a minimum stay of 3 nights. We host summer weddings, from the middle of June to the end of August.
The Kitchen of Agriturismo il Rigo
We will take care of the meals during your stay, from the welcome dinner, picnic, brunch, and BBQ to the formal wedding dinner. The food will be prepared from scratch with vegetables from our garden and local and seasonal produce.
Flowers of Agriturismo il Rigo
We will take care of flower decorations as well, arranging organic flowers from our cut-flower garden, adding a unique and personal touch to your celebration.
Planning Assistance
Luisa will create a custom-made program for your party and will share with you contacts, suppliers’ addresses and tips to organize your wedding.

Il Rigo is a family business and organic farm placed in heart of Tuscan hills. It is the ideal place for a small romantic wedding. In summer you can eat outside and enjoy the stunning view over the hills. Their menus are always faithful to Tuscan tradition and local produce, with home made pasta and natural wedding cakes, decorated with home grown edible flowers! They offer support for flower decorations, only made with organic flowers from their garden and spontaneous herbs.
