Blog
Ok, so I have been saving like a million images over the past month, ready for the end of the birthday month celebrations to finish and for me to return to my normally blogging. I’m a bit baffled by where to start, so bear with me – any advice on what you’d like to see is always useful, so feel free to leave me a message in the comments box below.
After much deliberating, I chose the image above to share with you all. Today with the rain coming down, we seem to be stuck somewhere between winter and spring, and I loved this idea because I think it would make beautiful winter/spring wedding table arrangements.
Whether you potted spring bulbs into jam jars or just used cut spring flowers, I think the idea of then arranging the jars in old wooden crates is a lovely way to create a focal point on your tables. The extra touches of the table runner that links the crates together, and the little signs stuck into one of the jars (which I imagine is the table name) just add to creating a nice, simple, rustic feel.
So after a month’s absence from blogging ideas and inspiration I hope my return isn’t too disappointing! It might take me some time to warm up again, but I do have lots of folders full of lovely things to share with you. And don’t forget, please keep me on track with what you’d like to see by telling me your thoughts below, or saying hello on my Facebook page.

Nice idea! I’m very into jam jars as wedding decorations :-)
As for future posts, right now I could do with some inspiration for wedding cakes involving flowers – especially real and sugared ones. (Preferably with instructions for recreating at home…)
Thanks!
Sarah

Thanks for reminding me that I have one of those ‘cola drink’ crates (lurking somewhere) and I’m doing a ‘jam jar’ wedding table this July (not in the cola crates though!). Chloe x
